Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete: From 0:00-3:00 2 rounds of: 10 overhead squats 10 chest-to-bar pull-ups From 3:00-6:00 2 rounds of: 12 overhead squats 12 chest-to-bar pull-ups From 6:00-9:00 2 rounds of: 14 overhead squats 14 chest-to-bar pull-ups Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds

We have streamlined our 2 day Intro Course into a 1 day, all encompassing intro course and reduced the cost to $50. We have the facility and staff to handle more new clients in our classes. So there is no long "On Ramp" course. Just one class and you join our regular CrossFit program. Even better... CrossFit Wilmington has no daily class sign ups. 3 Important Nutritional points that will help support performance

There is no short cut or an "easy" way. Consistency and discipline over a long period of time are the only ways to achieve long lasting results. "Set point theory explains that human bodyweight has, for every individual, a certain set point. That set point is usually the amount they have weighed over the last several months. Eating a diet very hypercaloric (high in calories) to that bodyweight will result in an increase in metabolism. Eating a diet very hypocaloric (low in calories) will result in a decrease in metabolism, such that, body weight maintains relative stable unless purposeful long term dieting ensues. Interestingly, even after the conclusion of a diet individuals will tend to re-norm back to their pre-diet weight over time if they don't make a conscious effort to track their eating and activity, especially if the pre-diet weight was heavier." - RP
